Yesterday we received confirmation from Norwich City Council that our planning application has been validated (checked) and will be processed in the next 8 weeks.
This means we can finally share the location of our proposed new location!
The site is 5 Whiffler Road is just a short 8 minute ride/drive around the outer ring road from Highball, near Asda/David Lloyd. It’s closer to the city, the university, with easier access all round.
The two units form part of an old Aviva Data Centre which has stood empty for a few years. The overall size is 26000 sq ft which is just over double our current site – so in a way it’s just like taking over DPD!
