YOGA FOR CLIMBERS… but these classes are truly for everyone. Whether you’re brand new to climbing, haven’t stepped onto the wall yet, or you’re a seasoned climber, you’ll benefit from the practice. No yoga background needed, variations are offered so you can practice at your own pace.
Expect mindful, functional movement, breathwork to support focus and control, and a short relaxation to help you absorb the practice.
Designed to support your climbing through improved mobility, stability, and body awareness. Each 4-week block (block booking or drop-ins available) focuses on a key area; from shoulders and hips to feet and core- helping you move more efficiently on the wall. This structure builds consistency and allows you to train, improve, and feel confident in your progress.
Beyond the training, this is your time to switch off, move mindfully, and reconnect- aiding recovery and bringing balance to the physical demands of climbing.

Beth is a Pilates teacher with over a decade of experience in Pilates, Yoga and holistic health.
Sessions bring together functional movement, breathwork, and body awareness to support strength, mobility, and control and stability that translates directly onto the wall. This Pilates mat class is for climbers who want skilled instruction, small groups, and teaching that’s tailored to them.
