We have a fantastic, talented crew and we try to look after them, so vacancies tend to rare. But, when we do find ourselves in need of more people or new skills, we’ll put full details on this page, on our socials, and on in-house posters.

Interested in working for us?

If you’re interested in working for us in the future, here’s a number of things you could do:

  • Gain experience working in front line customer service, e.g. hospitality, retail, call centre.
  • Enroll on a climbing course or award provided by Mountain Training e.g. Foundation Coach or Climbing Wall Instructor.
  • Attend some of the BMC workshops eg Fundamentals of Climbing.
