When climber and YouTuber Josh Rundle first reached out to us with an idea for his latest project, we knew it was going to be something special. The concept? To see what would happen if climbing holds were made from metal, forged by none other than Alec Steele. A master blacksmith and a regular at Highball. Josh explained that Alec would be bringing his craftsmanship and creativity to the wall, and we were genuinely honoured to be asked to host the final boulder right here at Highball Climbing Centre. We had to keep everything under wraps until the video’s release (which wasn’t easy!), but now that it’s live, we’re thrilled to finally share it with everyone.
