Thank you for your interest in working at Highball! Most of the team have now worked here for a number of years so vacancies rarely come up. When they do, we will post details on this page – below – and share the positions available via our social media and post them up on the notice board in the centre.
Minimum 2 shifts per week / 6hrs

Wage: £12 p/hr (after training) & free climbing

If you’re interested in working for us in the future, here’s a number of things you could do:
Gain experience working in front line customer service, e.g. hospitality, retail, call centre.
Enroll on a climbing course or award provided by Mountain Training e.g. Foundation Coach or Climbing Wall Instructor.
Attend some of the BMC workshops eg Fundamentals of Climbing.
