SaunaBox – Pop Up Sauna at Highball!

We’re super excited to announce a collaboration with SaunaBox! 

The SB crew will be bringing their Sheringham SaunaBox and ice baths to Highball each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The Sauna is available to everyone, not just our members and customers, so if you have friends and family who like a bit of hot and cold action, spread the word!

It’s also a great way to spend an hour while your kids attend our kids clubs.

Days and Times:

The Sauna and Ice Baths will be available on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

30min slots are available to book from 11am through to 9:30pm – the last booking is 9pm.

Prices:

30 Mins: £8

60 Mins: £16 – just add 2x back to back 30min sessions to your basket.

Highball members and climbers currently get a great discount (check your recent emails from us for the codes!)

FAQ’s

Sauna Box has more  information on their website, and their confirmation email gives you a list of what to bring etc. However, here are a few key points

• This is a pop sauna and ice bath – it is outside. We’ve created a little corner in our garden and will develop it over the coming weeks.
• There are two ice baths, one at <10 degrees and the other at ambient temperature.
• There is also a cold water shower to use before you dip, and rinse off at the end.
• There are outside changing cubicles but you can also use the ones inside Highball. If you’d prefer to do this, we’d recommend bringing a robe to wear as you walk to and from the garden in your swimwear!

Final Point:

We’d love to make this a permanent feature, so if it’s well received and well used, we’ll look at ways of creating a permanent wellbeing garden…!
